Control Options
Wizard 2.0
The powerful and easy to use Wizard 2.0, allows for precise control of all phases of the freeze drying cycle. Capable of 12 controlled steps/ramp during freezing for sample thermal treatment , 16 steps/ramp during primary drying and a secondary drying step/ramp, the Wizard 2.0 can store up to 16 recipies in the powerful microprocessor memory. The full numeric keypad with large easy-to-read synoptic screen, allows instant communication with the system. An optional computer workstation captures graphs/data and manages recipies. In a unit equiped with an isolation valve, Wizard 2.0 allows a P-Rise test to periodically check progress at any point in the drying run.
Encore
A PLC based control system designed for the pilot and small production lyophilizer such as Genesis. Encore has an Allen Bradely Micro PLC utilizing 32 bit technology. Encore allows for an extensive library of conditional and emergency alarms to protect the drying product. There are thermal treatment (pre-freeze) ramp and soak capabilities with 16 step ramp or hold control routines in primary drying. It has unique add-on options and validatable software. .
Maestro
The ultimate in advanced control systems for precise control, validation and support. The Maestro control system features an Allen Bradley PLC coupled with Intellution software in a Windows environment. It comes with a bank of 8 product probes, a function test and leak rate tests. Available with multi-level password security, remote view, pressure rise testing, moisture sensors, eutectic point monitors, batch reports, Capacitance-Pirani differentials, UPS, additional product probes, and Control System Qualification Package.
